Scottish Young Greens
I was tasked with revamp the Scottish Green Party's youth wing, the Scottish Young Greens, and to bring them up-to-date with a new logo and branding.
The concept for the main icon in the logo comes from the thistle. As Scotland's national flower it has close links with the Scottish identity. The Party's main objective concerns climate change and stopping it in it's tracks. Flowers are usually associated with green politics so I took the thistles sapling as my main inspiration. A thislte sapling is scottish, young and green and fits the rep groups name very well.
